What the products process
- Call audio, while a call is connectedCopilot listens from the moment a call connects to the moment it ends. Nothing runs between calls.
- TranscriptsCalls are turned into text so Copilot can show the next line and score the call, and so Cloud can keep a record of what a caller asked for.
- Booking detailsNames, phone numbers, addresses and appointment times a caller gives an agent so a job or visit can be booked.
- Partner billingCloud partners bill their clients through Stripe. Stripe handles card details; we do not store them.
